Career Services and Student Resources

Career Services works closely with students, before and after graduation, to find the right career opportunities. RCCIT students and graduates have access to free workshops, free personal consultation, and career development courses on:

  • Job search tools
  • Networking techniques
  • Resume development
  • Interviewing skills

Students and graduates also have access to:

  • Exclusive job postings
  • On-campus recruitment events
  • On-campus and local career fairs
  • The latest job search and market trend resources

Career Services will help connect you to hiring companies through RCCIT’s established network of over 3000 industry professionals and recruiters. Career Services regularly invites employers on campus to meet with students about recruitment. Students are often hired before they complete their studies. Career Services also offers part-time job search assistance to students who want to work to help finance their studies.

Tutoring and Academic ServicesWe genuinely want to see our students thrive in their educational pursuits. We are here to make sure that happens.” Melissa Courvoisier, Head of Tutoring Tutoring Services at RCCIT is an exceptional resource for students. The program is dedicated to helping students succeed through support aimed at individual academic needs. RCCIT offers a variety of services free of charge to all students including:

  • One-on-one course specific tutorials
  • Academic writing consultation
  • English as a Second Language support
  • Peer tutoring and conversation groups
  • Workshops that build educational skills, such as time management and effective study habits
  • One-on-one coaching to help students manage the transition to college

Library Services RCCIT students have access to both an on-campus and online library with a wide variety of technical and business journals, books, periodicals, audiovisuals, electronic and reference resources.
